Become a site owner

If you have a small holding, farm or piece of land of more than 1 acre then you may be eligible to become an exempted campsite.

We will certificate up to 3 hard glamping units and 5 tent pitches only.

Once we have received your request we will arrange to carry out a desk top study, contact any neighbour within 200m of the proposed site and write to the local authority to check they have no objections to the use of the land. The cost for carrying out this work will be £100 and we will send an invoice with payment details to you.

If no objections are raised within 28 days we will arrange to carry out a site visit to inspect the glamping units, area for tent pitches and communal facilities. The cost for this will be £200 which again will be invoiced to you.

If your site meets the criteria of the Club and is deemed to be suitable in accordance with our check list then we will issue you an exemption certificate for 1 year.

If you wish to renew on an annual basis the cost will be £200 per year.
