BOOKINGS
Glamping units can only be used for recreational purposes and are subject to a maximum stay of 21 nights in any one visit. There must be a period of at least 7 days break between departure and returning occupation.
Guest must be aged 21 and over. No stag, hen, party events or similar will be allowed.
The Club reserves the right to refuse bookings if our guest criteria has not been met and we may also refuse admission on to a site if the booking has clearly been misrepresented.
The number of people staying within a glamping unit must not exceed the number originally booked in and the glamping unit must not be occupied by anyone who has previously been rejected by the Club. Subletting is strictly prohibited.
Guests may be asked to leave should their conduct on site not meet the standards of each site.
Arrival and departure times are in accordance with each individual site and key collection arrangements will be specified in booking correspondence from site owners.
RATES
Each site has a link from the Club website and all rates, available dates etc. are to be found on the individual site. Please contact the site owner direct.
LOCATION
All glamping and camping sites listed on the Club website are located within the Peak District and have a limit of 3 hard glamping units or 5 tent pitches.
GENERAL RULES
No smoking in any of the units and if smoking in the outdoors please extinguish responsibly.
Please respect all units and property on site paying particular care in designated wildlife areas.
Do not allow domestic animals to roam freely and clear up all mess.
Parking to be in designated areas and only one vehicle allowed per glamping unit or tent pitch unless agreed with site owner.
Remove all waste to designated areas.
Extinguish all fires and BBQ’s after use.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel any booking please contact the site direct.
LIABILITY
The Club accepts no liability for personal injuries, death, loss of personal property, damage to property or vehicles, weather, flood or fire.
All site owners carry their own Public Liability Insurance (minimum 2 million pounds) and buildings/content insurance.
DATA PROTECTION
Any personal data collected from members and owners will be treated in accordance with current data protection legislation.
The Club will only use personal data for general administration purposes. We will not share your data with any third parties.
COMPLAINTS
Every endeavour has been made to ensure members enjoy their stay however in the event that expectations have not been met please firstly contact the individual site owner.
If your issue still has not been resolved, please contact the Club at the registered email address – pdgcc@mail.com and we will investigate immediately.
Any site repeatedly receiving complaints and/or failing to meet Club standards will be removed from the Club website and the site exemption certification will be removed and the local authority notified.
